SECTION 20-13-3

   § 20-13-3  Appeal of refusal ofcertificate. – Any person who has been refused designation as having successfully completedthe courses taken under the provisions of § 20-13-2 may appeal thatrefusal to the director of environmental management who shall make the finaldetermination of the competency of the applicant.
