SECTION 20-16-13

   § 20-16-13  Deprivation of trappingprivileges on second conviction. – Any person convicted a second time of a violation of any of the provisions ofthis chapter shall, in addition to the penalties elsewhere prescribed, bedeprived of the privilege of trapping for fur-bearing animals within this statefor three (3) years thereafter under a penalty of thirty (30) days imprisonmentfor each offense.
