SECTION 20-2-13

   § 20-2-13  License revocation. – The license of any person who has violated the provisions of this title or therules and regulations issued pursuant to this title may be suspended or revokedby the director in any manner and for any period as the director shalldetermine by regulation. Any person aggrieved by an order of suspension orrevocation may appeal this order in accordance with the provisions of theAdministrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
