   § 20-2-18.3  Pheasant permit fees and baglimits. – Permits shall be sold at the direction of the director for a fee of fifteendollars and fifty cents ($15.50). The issuing agent will retain a fee of fiftycents ($0.50) for each permit and shall remit fifteen dollars ($15.00) to thedepartment. The permit will allow the person to harvest a daily bag and seasonlimit as described in regulations promulgated by the director. All moniesderived from the sale of pheasant permits shall be expended for stockingpheasants and wildlife habitat acquisition in Rhode Island.
