SECTION 20-2-33

   § 20-2-33  Altering and counterfeiting alicense. – Every person who falsely makes, alters, forges, or counterfeits, or who causesto be made, altered, forged, or counterfeited, a license issued under thistitle or purporting to be a license issued under this title, or who shall havein his or her possession such a false, altered, forged, or counterfeit license,is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to the penalties prescribed in §20-1-16.
