SECTION 20-2-38
§ 20-2-38 Disposition of waterfowlreceipts. – All waterfowl stamp receipts and all receipts from the sale of stampby-products shall be deposited in a special waterfowl fund. All stamp andby-products receipts shall be expended through the appropriations process forwaterfowl habitat, acquisition, improvement, and research projects.
