SECTION 20-2-38.1

   § 20-2-38.1  Grants, donations, and giftsto the waterfowl fund. – The director is authorized to accept any grant, devise, bequest, donation, giftor assignment of money, bonds, or other valuable securities for deposit in thewaterfowl fund, which may be accepted for specific use(s) which the grant andgrantee may jointly identify within the purposes of the waterfowl fund, or forthe general purposes of the fund. The director may also accept land as providedin § 20-18-1.
