SECTION 20-2-41

   § 20-2-41  Trout conservation stamp design,production, and distribution. – The director of the department of environmental management shall adopt andshall be responsible for the design, production, procurement, distribution, andsale of all trout conservation stamps and all marketable stamp by-products suchas posters, artwork, calendars, and other items.
