SECTION 20-2-42

   § 20-2-42  Trout conservation stamp fee.– Stamps shall be sold at the direction of the director for a fee of five dollarsand fifty cents ($5.50). The issuing agent may retain a fee of fifty cents($.50) for each stamp sold, and shall remit five dollars ($5.00) of each fee tothe department. The director shall establish uniform sale prices for allcategories of by-products.
