SECTION 20-2-44

   § 20-2-44  Shellfish transplant program.– In addition to any appropriation made pursuant to § 20-2-28.2, the generalassembly shall appropriate from the general fund to the division of fish andwildlife, the amount it deems necessary for the purpose of maintaining ashellfish transplant program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, andthereafter, the division of fish and wildlife shall develop a sustainableshellfish management plan.
