SECTION 20-2-9

   § 20-2-9  Possession, inspection, anddisplay of license. – Every person holding a license issued under this chapter shall have thatlicense in his or her possession at all times while engaged in the licensedactivity and shall present the license for inspection on demand by anyauthorized person. In the case of fresh water fishing, the licensee shall wearin any manner plainly visible upon the licensee's person while fishing, anidentifying device as the director may prescribe, the device to be furnished bythe director at a minimum cost to the licensee. Any person who shall refuse topresent a license on demand shall be liable to the same punishment as if thatperson were hunting or fishing without a license.
