§ 20-3-3 - Penalties.
SECTION 20-3-3
§ 20-3-3 Penalties. – Unless another penalty is specified in this title, any person who violates arule or regulation of the marine fisheries council shall, upon conviction, bepunished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonmentfor not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
