SECTION 20-4-9

   § 20-4-9  Striped bass – Minimum size.– Unless otherwise specified in regulations adopted by the marine fisheriescouncil, no person shall take in any manner whatsoever from the territorialwaters of this state, including the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, or have inhis or her possession any striped bass measuring less than sixteen inches (16")in length. Striped bass shall be measured from the tip of the snout to the forkof the tail.
