SECTION 20-5-20

   § 20-5-20  Appropriations anddisbursements. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums it may deem sufficientto be expended by the department of environmental management under theprovisions of this chapter; and the state controller is authorized and directedto draw orders upon the general treasurer for those sums that may from time totime be required, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thedirector of environmental management.
