SECTION 20-5-22
§ 20-5-22 Severability. – Each section of this chapter and each part of each section is hereby declaredto be an independent section; and the holding of any section or sections inpart or parts of sections to be void, ineffective or unconstitutional for anycause, shall not be deemed to affect any other section or part thereof.
