SECTION 20-5-3

   § 20-5-3  Application for permit. –(a) Any person desiring a permit for a location for erecting a fish trap shallmake application in writing to the department of environmental management inany form and giving any information that the department may require.

   (b) Each application for a location for a fish trap shall fixdefinitely the position of the desired location with reference to prominentpoints on shore and shall also show the dimensions of the trap and of theleader to be set in the desired location, and any other details the departmentmay require.
