SECTION 20-6-12

   § 20-6-12  Maximum take for dredgedquahaugs. – Any person licensed to take quahaugs by dredge, rake, or other apparatusoperated by power or hauled by a power boat may take and possess, betweensunrise and sunset of any one day, thirty (30) bushels of quahaugs, unless adifferent amount is specified by regulation of the marine fisheries council.Any person taking more than the prescribed quantity shall be fined, uponconviction, not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each bushel exceedingthe prescribed quantity, or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days, orboth.
