SECTION 20-6-29
§ 20-6-29 Penalty for improper taking oftransferred shellfish. – Any person violating rules or regulations promulgated by the director ofenvironmental management as provided for in §§ 20-6-26 –20-6-28, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding fivehundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both.
