SECTION 20-6-30

   § 20-6-30  Shellfishing prohibitions –Use of SCUBA. – (a) It is hereby prohibited to take shellfish by the use of a self-containedunderwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA) from Green Hill Pond, QuonochontaugPond, Charlestown Pond, and Potters Pond.

   (b) Penalty. Any person convicted of taking shellfishas set forth in subsection (a) shall be punished by a fine of not more thanfive hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days,or both.
