   § 20-7-16  Egg-bearing blue crabs –Minimum size. – No person shall take, offer for sale, or possess at any time any female bluecrab bearing eggs visible thereon or from which the egg pouch or bunion hasbeen removed. Unless otherwise specified by regulation of the marine fisheriescouncil, no person shall take, buy, sell, give away, or expose for sale, orpossess any blue crab measuring less than four and one eighth inches (41/8")across the shell from tip to tip of spike.
