§ 20-7-5 - Seller's license.
SECTION 20-7-5
§ 20-7-5 Seller's license. – Any person having charge of a vessel carrying lobsters who lands in the stateof Rhode Island and who is not licensed under any of the provisions of thischapter shall be required to have a seller's license. Any person violating theprovisions of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not exceedingthirty (30) days, or both.
