SECTION 20-7-6

   § 20-7-6  Use of license by agent oremployee. – If any person to whom a seller's or a commercial lobster license is grantedbecomes incapacitated for any reason from using that license, that person maypermit his or her agent or employee, if a citizen or legal resident of theUnited States, to perform those duties under the license that may be necessaryduring the period of the licensee's incapacity, provided that the incapacitatedlicensee has notified the director of environmental management prior to thetransfer of those duties.
