SECTION 20-7-8

   § 20-7-8  Exhibition of certificate. –Each person or agent as defined in § 20-7-1 licensed under the provisionsof this chapter shall, upon demand of the director of the department ofenvironmental management or any of the director's deputies, exhibit the licenseissued to him or her as provided in § 20-7-1. Every person violating theprovisions of this section shall, for each offense, be fined up to fiftydollars ($50.00).
