   § 20-8.1-6  Use of dredges, tongs, andrakes in polluted areas. – No person shall work a dredge, pair of tongs, rake or rakes, or any otherimplement commonly employed in taking shellfish, except an implement commonlyemployed for the taking of scallops, in a polluted area, nor shall any person,while upon or sailing over any polluted area, cast, haul, or have overboard anydredge, pair of tongs, rake or rakes, or any other implement commonly employedin taking shellfish except an implement commonly employed for the taking ofscallops.
