   § 20-8.1-8  Enforcement – Prosecutionof violations. – It shall be the duty of the director to enforce the provisions of this chapterand the regulations adopted in accordance with this chapter and to prosecuteall persons guilty of violations of these regulations. In all prosecutions thedirector shall not be required to enter into any recognizance nor to givesurety for costs.
