SECTION 20-8-10
§ 20-8-10 Audit of commission's books.– The controller of the state of Rhode Island is authorized and empowered fromtime to time to examine the accounts and books of the commission, including itsreceipts and disbursements, and any other items referring to its financialstanding as the controller may deem proper, and to report the results of thatexamination to the governor of the state.
