SECTION 20-8-11

   § 20-8-11  Annual appropriations. –The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum it may deem necessaryto carry out the provisions of this chapter; and the controller is authorizedand directed to draw orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of thatsum, or so much of that sum as may be required from time to time, upon thereceipt by the controller of proper vouchers approved by the chairperson of thecommission.
