SECTION 21-1-3

   § 21-1-3  Transportation and storage.– No person engaged in the business of transporting, storing, or selling frozenfood shall transport, store, and/or expose for sale that food within the stateunless it is transported, stored, and/or exposed for sale under refrigerationwhich shall ensure good keeping qualities under temperatures and holdingconditions approved by the director.
