SECTION 21-1-4

   § 21-1-4  Rules and regulations. – The director shall, after a public hearing following due notice to interestedparties, promulgate rules and regulations consistent with the provisions ofthis chapter for the storing and transportation of frozen food, includingtemperature control, sanitation, and other matters, in accordance withrecognized standards necessary for the protection of public health and thepreservation of frozen food in wholesome condition.
