§ 21-1-5 - Enforcement. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 21-1-5

   § 21-1-5  Enforcement. – The director is authorized and directed to administer and supervise theenforcement of this chapter; to provide for any inspections and investigations,that may be necessary to:

   (1) Disclose violations;

   (2) Receive and provide for the investigation of complaints;and

   (3) Provide for the institution and prosecution of civil orcriminal actions or both.
