SECTION 21-11-10

   § 21-11-10  Enforcement – Prosecutionof violations. – It shall be the duty of the director of health or the director's duly appointedagents to enforce the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted inaccordance with this chapter and to prosecute all persons guilty of violationsof it. In all prosecutions the director, or his or her duly appointed agents,shall not be required to enter into any recognizance or to give surety forcosts.
