§ 21-13-1 - Definitions. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 21-13-1

   § 21-13-1  Definitions. – For the purpose of this chapter, the following words have the meanings ascribedto them in this section:

   (1) "Director" means the director of health or his or herduly authorized agent.

   (2) "Person" means the state, any municipality, politicalsubdivision, institution, public or private corporation, individualpartnership, or other entity.
