SECTION 21-13-2

   § 21-13-2  Registration of persons engagedin slaughtering and evisceration. – All persons engaged in slaughtering and/or eviscerating of poultry for humanconsumption shall register annually with the director of the department ofhealth during the month of January. Registrations issued will expire onDecember 31 and must be renewed annually.
