SECTION 21-13-7

   § 21-13-7  Penalties for violations. –Any person, firm, or corporation, which, by itself or its agents or employees,violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation made pursuant to thischapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or less thantwenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense and not more than twohundred dollars ($200) or less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each subsequentoffense. The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to enforce theprovisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter.
