SECTION 21-14-12

   § 21-14-12  Inspection of businesspremises. – The director shall make regular inspections of the business premises oflicensees and no person shall interfere with or obstruct the entrance of thedirector to any packing house or structural appurtenance to it, vessel, orvehicle for the purpose of making inspection as to sanitary conditions duringreasonable business hours, and no person shall obstruct the conduct of thisinspection; provided, that inspections as to sanitary conditions shall be madeonly by the director or employees of the department of health. These employeesof the department of health shall not be construed to include agents whom thedirector may appoint in other departments for the purpose of enforcing otherprovisions of this chapter; and provided, that nothing in this section shall beconstrued as having granted to the director or any duly authorized official ofthe department the right of search and seizure without a warrant.
