SECTION 21-17-13
§ 21-17-13 Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §21-17-12 shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00), normore than one hundred dollars ($100), for each offense.
