SECTION 21-2-21

   § 21-2-21  Inspectors and assistants.– The director shall employ any inspectors and assistants in enforcing theprovisions of this chapter as he or she shall deem necessary and may delegateto them any powers possessed by him or her under the provisions of this chapterexcept those conferred upon him or her by §§ 21-2-11, 21-2-23, and21-2-29 and which he or she is not in those sections specifically authorized todelegate.
