§ 21-2-32 - Labeling as to breed of cows.
SECTION 21-2-32
§ 21-2-32 Labeling as to breed of cows.– (a) The labels of milk containers may carry in addition to one of the abovegrade names, but set apart from those grade names, the name of the breed ofcows producing the milk or the registered trade name or trademark for thebreed; provided containers so labeled contain only milk produced from the breednamed.
(b) The label of milk product containers may carry inaddition to one of the terms defined in § 21-2-31 which correctlydescribes the contents, but set apart from that term, the name of the breed ofcows producing the milk from which the milk product was derived, or theregistered trade name or trademark for the breed; provided that containers solabeled contain only a milk product derived from milk produced from the breednamed.
