SECTION 21-2-51

   § 21-2-51  Access of enforcement officers.– The director and the director's duly authorized milk inspectors, deputies, andassistants, or any of them, shall have access, at all reasonable hours, to allpremises and places where milk or milk products are produced, handled, orprocessed or where the process of pasteurization is carried on, for the purposeof the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
