SECTION 21-20-2

   § 21-20-2  Penalty for sales other than byweight. – Every person, firm, partnership, or corporation violating § 21-20-1 shallbe fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) and not more than fifty dollars($50.00), one-half ( 1/2) of the fine to the use of the city or town where theoffense was committed and one-half ( 1/2) of the fine to the use of the state.
