SECTION 21-20-6

   § 21-20-6  Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §21-20-5 or any rule or regulation of the director of environmental managementmade pursuant to that section shall be punished by a fine of not less thantwenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or beimprisoned for a term of three (3) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
