§ 21-23-6 - Retailers exempt.
SECTION 21-23-6
§ 21-23-6 Retailers exempt. – The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to dealers at retail whopurchase from the bottler of any carbonated or nonalcoholic beverage, sodawater, fruit juice, bottled drinking water either plain or carbonated, or anyother so-called soft drink.
