SECTION 21-24-1

   § 21-24-1  Definitions. – (a) "Department" means the department of health.

   (b) "Director" means the director of health.

   (c) "Person" means an individual, a corporation, apartnership, an association, a joint stock company, a trust, or any group ofpersons whether incorporated or not, engaged in the commercial manufacture orsale of flour, white bread, or rolls.
