SECTION 21-26-2

   § 21-26-2  Testing and certification –Fee. – Every inspector shall, whenever requested, test any of the articles which shallbe presented to him or her for inspection, and shall give his or hercertificate to any person applying for it, whether the article is impure oradulterated, and for every certificate the inspector shall be entitled to thesum of two dollars ($2.00).
