SECTION 21-27-11.2

   § 21-27-11.2  Application forcertification. – Any person who shall desire to be certified in food safety shall submit inwriting, on any forms as provided by the division, an application forcertification which shall be accompanied by an application fee of fifty dollars($50.00) together with any other credentials that the rules and regulations andthe division may require.
