SECTION 21-27-11.3

   § 21-27-11.3  Qualifications forcertification. – Qualification for certification pursuant to §§ 21-27-11 –21-27-11.4, shall be successful completion of an examination and a trainingcourse as defined in the regulations. The regulation may include a provisionfor acceptance of prior training and experience in lieu of a training coursefor managers currently employed in the food industry. The training course,instructors, and examinations used for certification shall be approved by thedivision. The passing score for the examination shall be established by thedivision.
