SECTION 21-27-4

   § 21-27-4  Sale of food not handled incompliance with chapter prohibited – Confiscation. – No person shall sell or possess with intent to sell within this state for humanconsumption any food which has not been processed, transported, or sold incompliance with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted inaccordance with this chapter. Any food which the director shall have reasonablecause to believe has not been processed, transported, or sold in compliancewith the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted in accordancewith this chapter may be confiscated.
