SECTION 21-27-7

   § 21-27-7  Enforcement – Prosecutionof violations. – It shall be the duty of the director to enforce the provisions of this chapterand the regulations adopted in accordance with this chapter and to prosecuteall persons guilty of violations of them. In these prosecutions the directorshall not be required to enter into any recognizance nor to give surety forcosts.
