SECTION 21-28.3-4

   § 21-28.3-4  Breach of confidentiality.– Any person who directly or indirectly violates or conspires to violate theconfidentiality provisions of § 21-28.3-3 shall be guilty of a misdemeanorand shall be punishable by a sentence of up to six (6) months in jail and/or afine of up to one thousand dollars ($1000).
