§ 21-28.4-10 - Penalties.
SECTION 21-28.4-10
§ 21-28.4-10 Penalties. – Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, the penalty for which isnot specified in the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, chapter 28 of thistitle, or of the rules and regulations of the director of health made underauthority of this chapter, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of notmore than one year, a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), orboth.
